Bizexpress was formed in late 2004 when Managing Director, Renato Parletta, left the UK following a very successful role as the Chief Technology Officer for a Financial Services firm.
After building a network of connections in Australia, Bizexpress started developing internet-based software solutions. Most of these solutions are still being used by Australian insurance and banking clients to value building and home contents.
Collectively, we have over 100 years' experience in banking, insurance, large corporations and government organisations, both in the Australian and International markets. We employ only the most talented and passionate people. Our staff always go that extra mile for clients because the customer-centric culture we've created is contagious!
In early 2006 our flagship project evolved. iinsight was initially deployed with a large national provider whose industry specific knowledge was invaluable to us.
Our business philosophy has always been the same. We listen to our customers, implementing further features and enhancements that allow iinsight to work specifically for our clients - we don't follow the old traditional model of "fit your business around the software"!
Our unique licensing model - "unlimited users" - is attractive to organisations of all sizes. It encourages and supports our clients to do more business without onerous overheads and upfront costs. Organisations currently using the system have various numbers of users – from just a single consultant to many 100s.
iinsight is now the preeminent cloud based case management system for OH and Rehabilitation markets. Client uptake has been fast and the platform and business model are getting close to becoming the de-facto standard.
