Where a user of the system (User) is domiciled overseas or travels overseas, they will be able to access information from the system as a User in overseas locations.

Geographical location
Be Software International offers a number of Data Regions. A Be Software International "Data Region" is a set of data centres located within a defined geographical area where User data is stored. Personal information is not transmitted between Data Regions.
For Be Software International Users with accounts located in Be Software International's European Data Region, all personal information is processed in the European Economic Area. For Users with accounts in the Data Regions: United States of America (US) and Canada, all personal information is processed solely in the respective country. For Users with accounts in our Australia and New Zealand Data Region, all personal information is processed in Australia. For Users with accounts in our Singapore Data Region, all personal information is processed in Singapore.
Processing in the United Kingdom (GBR)
For Users with accounts located in Be Software International's United Kingdom (UK) Data Region, all processing of personal information is performed in accordance with the privacy rights and regulations following the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (UK Act). The UK Act covers the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal information and on the free movement of such data, also known as the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Be Software International's processing will take place in accordance with the UK GDPR.
Under GDPR you have the right to access personal information that we possess about you.
You can request from us information about -

• The categories of personal information concerned
• The purposes of the processing
• Details to whom your personal information has/will be disclosed
• How long we retain your personal information

Personal information both as a Controller and a Processor
Be Software International processes personal information both as a Controller and a Processor, as defined in the Directive and the GDPR:
The Be Software International entity which you as a User entered an agreement with when using Be Software International's platforms, will be the Controller for User data.
Be Software International adheres to the Directive of 1995 and the GDPR from May 25th, 2018. For Users with accounts in the Be Software International UK Data Region, Be Software International processes data solely in data centres located in the UK.
All data collected by Be Software International SaaS applications (iinsight and iignite) will be stored exclusively in secure hosting facilities provided by Amazon Web Services. Be Software International has a data processing agreement in place with its provider, ensuring compliance with the Directive. All hosting is performed in accordance with the highest security regulations. All transfers of data internally in the GBR is done in accordance with this privacy policy.
Processing in the United States Of America (US)
For Users with accounts in the Be Software International US Data Region, Be Software International processes data solely in data centres located in the US. Be Software International has adopted reasonable physical, technical and organizational safeguards which substantially mirror the European Union (EU) safeguards against accidental, unauthorized or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, access, use or processing of the User's data in Be Software International's possession. Be Software International will promptly notify the User in the event of any known unauthorized access to, or use of, the User's data.
All data collected by Be Software International SaaS applications (iinsight and iignite) will be stored exclusively in secure hosting facilities provided by Amazon Web Services. Be Software International's contract with its hosting provider ensures that all hosting is performed in accordance with the highest security regulations. Be Software International's policy is to protect and safeguard any personal information obtained by Be Software International in accordance with US state or federal laws governing the protection of personal information and data. Accordingly, Be Software International adheres to practices and policies that aim to safeguard the data.
Processing in Canada
For Users with accounts in the Be Software International Canada Data Region, Be Software International processes data solely in data centers located in Canada. Be Software International has adopted reasonable physical, technical and organizational safeguards which substantially mirror the EU safeguards against accidental, unauthorized or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, access, use or processing of the Users data in Be Software International's possession. Be Software International will promptly notify the User in the event of any known unauthorized access to, or use of, the User's data.
All data collected by Be Software International SaaS applications (iinsight and iignite) will be stored exclusively in secure hosting facilities provided by Amazon Web Services. Be Software International's contract with its hosting provider ensures that all hosting is performed in accordance with the highest security regulations. Be Software International's policy is to protect and safeguard any personal information obtained by Be Software International in accordance with Canadian laws governing the protection of personal information and data. Accordingly, Be Software International adheres to practices and policies that aim to safeguard the data.
Processing in Australia and New Zealand (AUS)
For Users with accounts in the Be Software International Australian Data Region, Be Software International processes data solely in data centres located in Australia. Be Software International has adopted reasonable physical, technical and organizational safeguards which substantially mirror the EU safeguards against accidental, unauthorized or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, access, use or processing of the Users data in Be Software International's possession. Be Software International will promptly notify the User in the event of any known unauthorized access to, or use of, the User's data.

Be Software International's contract with its hosting provider ensures that all hosting is performed in accordance with the highest security regulations. Processing in Singapore (SGP)
For Users with accounts in the Be Software International Singapore Data Region, Be Software International processes data solely in data centres located in Singapore. Be Software International has adopted reasonable physical, technical and organizational safeguards which substantially mirror the EU's safeguards against accidental, unauthorized or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, access, use or processing of the Users data in Be Software International's possession. Be Software International will promptly notify the User in the event of any known unauthorized access to, or use of, the User's data.

Be Software International's contract with its hosting provider ensures that all hosting is performed in accordance with the highest security regulations. Accordingly, Be Software International adheres to practices and policies that aim to safeguard the data.
7. Correction of personal information
If we are notified that personal information we hold is incorrect, this information will be updated with the correct details or removed from our records if accurate details cannot be obtained.
8. Handling and use of collected personal information
We handle and use personal information in connection with providing and administering our products and services. This can include processing payments, verifying your identity, communicating with you, maintaining and updating our records, and dealing with enquiries or support requests from you.
Collected information may also be used on an ongoing basis to provide marketing communications by email or telephone. This may include news, information about our activities and general promotional material which we believe may be useful to you.

We may share your personal information with our related entities. By providing your personal information to us, you consent to your personal information being shared with other entities within our group.
We deal with third party service providers who may assist us with a variety of functions, including with research, mail and delivery, security, insurance, professional advisory, banking, payment processing, credit reporting, offsite storage or technology services. Where we engage third party service providers, those third parties may be required to handle your personal information. 11. Google OAuth (Google Inc.)
Google OAuth is a registration and authentication service provided by Google LLC or by Google Ireland Limited, depending on the location this Application is accessed from, and is connected to the Google network.
Personal information processed: various types of data as specified in the privacy policy of the service.
Place of processing: US - Privacy Policy.
Category of personal information collected: internet information.
This processing constitutes a sale. In addition to the information in this clause, the User can find information regarding how to opt out of the sale in their SaaS license agreements.
We avoid collecting third-party passwords by utilizing OAuth authentication Google Calendar. iinsight Users can disconnect their calendar connection at any time through the Google Calendar Connect page within their account.
